So... 39 games in

An 18-17-4 season is not what anybody wanted at this point. But, on the bright side, at least we are above .500 and Irish Times now has Labatt Blue LIGHT! Still value priced at $3.50 during all Sabres games. The Labatt Blue Light Refreshment Duo recommend that you drink many Blue Lights to will the Sabres to victory in the second half of the season.

The Sabres only have 2 home games in January, and they have a 7 game road trip (ouch) But Myers and Ennis will be back soon.

It has been a bit of a crazy start, but there has been a lot of great games so for (thank you Enroth.) Come join us at the Times to watch the Sabres get revenge on the hated B's this Wednesday. Great First Week

It was a great first week of the season, our boys in blue & gold now stand at 5-0-1, just ahead of our neighbors to the north, the (unfortunately) relevant Leafs.

PLAYOFFS!!!

Start your beards everyone!!! The Sabres are back in the playoffs. Game one is Thursday at 7PM vs. the Bruins (same time as the Caps..I know.) Come by and make fun of the caps fan(s) and their red t-shirts and general lack of hockey knowledge.

Game 2 is 1PM on Saturday. (half price burgers on Sat too)

No Blog update since Dec 12? The Sabres went 10-2-3.

I guess it is good luck. Our boys in Blue and Gold are really the class of the Northeast this year. They now have a monster 10 point lead on the Bruins (not that anyone in Boston has realized the season has started.) They have been especially hot as of late, getting points in the last 11 games.
Thanks to all the Stampeders for coming out to the Times for the games, a little snow and cold weather never stopped us before. Also, thanks to all who made it to the Sabres Road Crew party, we raised more than $4000 for the Sabres foundation and had a great showing of support for the Coaching staff.

Sabres Road Crew Party 1 Week Away

The Sabres had really been tearing it up latley, taking down Washington, Chicago, New York, and Montreal in the past 6 days. They are at Ottowa on Wednesday@ 7:30, then Toronto and Pittsburgh at home on Friday and Saturday. Miller sure is looking like Vezina material, and he's gonna get tested on Sarueday. Lets hope Ruff sits him against the Leafs, so he is fresh for Sid the Kid. See you at the Irish Times for all the games.
